Atualizações do Produto TrackingTime 2021: Uma Recapitulação Completa
Last year our productivity went off the roof! We focused on user experience to offer much more than just time tracking. And we are thrilled with the results! Let’s check out all the cool updates we came up with in 2021.
Project Management
A Clear Project Overview
We know that you need to manage all your projects from start to end, without switching apps. That’s why we enhanced our Project Management feature. Now you can choose between board or list view to visualize your projects according to your needs and preferences, and set your favorite one as default.
On the other hand, we launched Timeline, allowing you to create project milestones, plan the extension of each stage of the project, assign responsibilities, and see how everything lines up to ensure a successful project.
Additionally, we added project notes and task descriptions to keep up with all the relevant information required to go through with your projects, while keeping everyone on the same page. And you can now upload and share files right within your tasks, to keep everything organized in the same place.
Promote Team Collaboration
Our redesigned Project Management makes it easier to collaborate and visualize all relevant information, displaying tabs to access boards, files, lists, notes, and reports for a smooth workflow. As a result, you can promote team collaboration with no extra effort, identify and solve problems at the right time, and keep an eye on everything without stressing out. Sounds good, right?
Focus on What Matters
Custom Fields
TrackingTime gains a whole new dimension with custom fields. Using custom fields, you can map the status of your tasks and projects, and track the progress of your team. Additionally, use custom fields to add up and collect specific data, like project and task codes. Furthermore, you can use them to store business data, building tailored employee and client databases.
An Even Better Reporting
Shared Reports
Reporting your work properly is key. With this in mind, we developed shared reports, a tool to create time reports with appealing design to display valuable information and share with your clients with a link.
Share your Dashboard, Timesheets, and Project Reports, customize their layout and design, and include time charts. Handle the report in collaboration with your team by managing user permissions. And once your report is done, share a private or public link to your client.
User Reports
We created user reports to provide valuable insight on your team member’s performance. Now you can visualize the total hours each team member worked, by client and project, and keep an eye on the progress of each task.
Updated Timesheets and Project Reports
With improved project reports, now you can filter by dates to display your report within a given period of time. And you can sort the chart view by day, week, or month. We also redesigned the date range picker for a better user experience.
On the other hand, we’ve updated our timesheets, allowing you to create shared templates that are visible to all members of your team, and share your timesheet parameters by sending a link. You can also compare the actual time with the budget time for any project or task.
Features That Made a Difference
Scheduled Events
With scheduled events, you can add upcoming events to keep your schedule organized and mark them as done as they take place. This is very useful for managing and tracking team and client meetings. This way, you can keep up with everyone’s schedule and avoid missing out on anything.
Invoicing
We improved invoicing to provide a simple solution suited to your needs. Now you can create an invoice from a timesheet, and those hours will be shown as billed automatically. Additionally, you can group your invoice items by project, task, or user. And use multiple currencies.
Google and Outlook Calendar Integrations
We’ve integrated Google Calendar and MS Outlook Calendar to enable you to sync your calendar with TrackingTime and keep track of all work events. And thanks to the new weekly reminders, you can now update your team’s schedules and remind them to submit their hours once a week, on either Mondays or Fridays, as you choose.
Updates to Enjoy a Brand New User Experience
During the past year, we’ve grown to provide you with a complete solution to manage and grow your business. By focusing on user experience, we created an end-to-end solution to meet your needs. We wrapped up 2021 successfully and we are ready to go into 2022 with the promise of continuing along the same path. We look forward to keeping growing together this year, more updates are on the way!
